Sienna-isms

Sienna is a very funny girl. This post is going to be more for my benefit than yours because these are things I want to look back and chuckle at in my old age, but read on if you are interested.

She uses the word "Yum-a-licious" when she likes something. ???

She often tells me, "Good job, Mommy!"

She likes to go with me to the "Toska Store" (Costco Store) and on "Petnacks" (Picnics)

One day Sienna saw Ryan adding seasoning to a pot of chili (yeah, I made it too bland). She asked him, "Are you getting some sprinkles, Dadda?"

When Riley was crying in the car one day, Sienna called him "Poor little Fella" and then when he didn't stop crying she asked, "Do you need a time out?"

When Sienna asks me where Dadda is, and I tell her that he is at work, her response is always "He should be home!"

She loves to swing "really, really high!"

Sienna loves to look at the pictures in her BOM stories book and "read" to herself. It sounds something like this: "Win-Oh win-oh walka lah-ka wooby doo..." And sometimes like this, "Lamanites kill and die!" or "Wicked men choke and die!"

Out of the blue Sienna will start to pray and she always says the same thing-"Dear Henly Father, Thank you for this day. Amen"

One day Mr. Riley decided it would be funny to spray us...he got the whole family. Right afterwards, Sienna said in surprise, "He spit on me!"

She pronounces the word "Okay" like "Oh-coy"

She calls Riley "Ry-Guy"

She really likes M&M's, and calls them "Eminem-nems"

Once when Sienna was misbehaving, Ryan asked her something like, "Are you going to be obediant like Nephi or be disobediant-like a Lamanite?" and she said "I'm not a Lamanite...I'm a cutie!"

Some variations of the above conversation- when I told Sienna she was a cutie, she said "I'm not a cutie, I'm a Lamanite!" Also, "I'm not pretty, I'm a Lamanite!" and "I'm not pretty, I'm Sienna!"

Once During FHE we were talking about seeds and how you can plant a seed of faith in your heart. Sienna told us, "That sounds like fun!"

Ryan and Sienna were playing outside and she saw an ant. Ryan asked her where the ant was going and she thought it was going "To Texas". Aparently all airplanes, trains, and anything that goes anywhere is going to Texas!
