4th of July

The night before the 4th of July we slept at Grandma and Papa's so that we could go to the big parade.  That morning as we were getting ready to go, Riley threw up, so only Mom and Sienna were able to make it :(

She had a lot of fun throwing snaps, mooching snacks from her cousins and drawing with sidewalk chalk:

That evening, we went to cousin Jade's house for her birthday party, played in a little pool and did a few fireworks.

My kids LOVE fireworks and we only had one injury-Riley touched the hot side of his sparkler and gave himself a big ol blister.  Rough day for that boy!!
